Today I went to my uncle house at Choa Chu Kang ave then later during evening time

I left home and Take train all the way to Yishun to meet Desmond as he will be driving me

to town area as we be heading off to ANG BAO RIVER ! ;)

My first time going there so I am kind of excited and looking forward !

Later on , I wait for about 1 hour 15 mins and finally Desmond came and Carmen came

to join us too as we have not go off yet . I will blame him for late because I appreciate him

for coming and fetch me ;)

While in the car searching for Car park I went to take picture

of the Singapore Flyer ! Have you seen something special inside the photo ?

Finally parked and now we off to the Ang Bao river ;)

And here is the board of the lay out of the place and I heard from Desmond and Lucas that

they have a lot of awesome & scary games and one ride is about $15 . And I am looking

forward to see what is the ride.

Early morning , meet joycelyn at Lot one to take bus 190 all the way down to

town area and today we will be going to Cine-leisure ! Before we go to the flea market ,

we actually went to search for food !

Guess what food we got ?

Actually we got Mango Juice drinks from BEST FRIES EVER ! ;)

Today is Land Based lesson and today we will be learning how to

cook outdoor ! ;)

Wonder what is my classmate doing? We are actually create and shelter to actually do our outdoor

cooking. And I not really sure what is it for but I assume that is for

in case of raining !

Everyone is going their part to set this shelter up !

Outdoor lesson again !

( If you are thinking of leaving your house to stay at East coast park for camping then here

is the good post for you ) .

Here are some of the question you got to ask yourself when choosing the tent?

What kind of weather?

Which type of tent ?

What colour of the tent ?

Here is my group mates and this tent we are sitting on is the comment

tent which everyone is using . It easy to set up and its good to have it in

Singapore ;)

Best is weather which is hot as the tent is likely to be cool as the colour

of the tent make the differences !

This is the Tent which I use to set up during my NPCC time !

And I still got a bit of how to set up but not much ;)

So I take this time to actually pay attention in class , to learn as much stuff as possible

so in future when my students ask me question then I know what to reply them.

The hungry ghost ( cindy & I ) was thinking what to have for our dinner and

Cindy suggested that to go popeye instead. At first , she did

not know there is an outlet here until she saw just now when she is doing shopping

alone.

While ordering , I saw they having an buddy meal at only $18 , so we decided

to get it instead of getting one meal for each !

GYM-ing

Can I say that I am super HARD-WORKING?

HOLIDAY should be a day to slack and I am out to Pionner GYM to work out !

Today I can say that I push myself real hard and I Bet tomorrow I will be having

muscle ach !

Si xian My gym partner !

In gym , I will train more on my upper body rather then LEGS as when I

want to train leg I will run more ! ;)

Today I also train guys pull up as I say that I want to do at least 3 Guys pull up

end of this year ! ;)

If I cant do three , I also must do at least 2 ! ;)

I be going gym at least once per week ! I will be going to Pionner gym , if

Its because Jon say that they do not have any more $10 voucher !

I am rich just for today ;D

and I am so happy to receive the voucher as I am able to buy stuff which i wanted !

First thing come into my mind was RUNNING SHOES !

here comes my running shoes from REEBOK !

this is my first time buying REEBOK as Last time few of my running shoes

was Nike and Adaias and most of them cannot survive for long as I quite

hard core in running shoes as I always go gym , running.

thanks to my brother Ken for accompany me to Lot one shopping mall to shop for my shoes and

I found this pair of running shoes nice and light ! THANK GOD that this shoes got

my size if not I think I am going to get my running shoes next week ! The running shoes I will be using only

for training & gym ! NOT GOING to wear this pair to my outdoor classes !

NAPBAS Blogger Christmas Gathering

Gym in the morning with my Kayaking team mates and later on during night

i went to meet up with my NAPBAS blogger friends at Yishun and we take bus off to

christina condo the function room to have our Christmas gathering !

POT-LUCK !

I keep thinking what I should bring to our party and at the end , I just decided

to just get titbits chocolate and I got 2 packet ;)

Finally everyone reached and we placed our stuff on the table and later on

we get our butt moving to shift the stuff and arrange the table for the party later on !

To be honest , I did not manage to eat Amanda jelly ;( , I hope our next outing she will be able to

I went to church today , and my brother come along ;)

and I would like to thank Gleenda and cherie for the cookies and its taste really nice

and the packaging was great too !

My cute little brother !

Waited for my beloved blogger friend for almost one hour and finally I got

food to eat le ! We went to Hong Kong cafe to have our dinner and

the fish and chip there is really nice !

I think this year deco its nice as Usually Christmas period , I will stay at home and prevent

Kayaking Sea expedition Day 2

Rise and Shine !

I am feeling much better and thanks to my tent mates

for being so nice taking care of me ! ;)

We had our breakfast , keep the tent and off we go get our kayak

and lets set off to our destination which is Pula Ubin !

Finally we at changi village and we were super hungry and

cant wait to get some good food there !

while waiting for the rest of the people to go together , why

dont we just take photo while waiting ?

They wanted to have some jump shot but too bad it does not turn out to be good ;p

Kayaking Sea expedition Day 1

My Team-mates gather at Woodlands mrt station then we off to

Fair price to actually shop for our food for 3 day 2 night expedition !

They are going to be my sleeping mates and we are going to be

super serious and shopping for food and I want something more rather

then less ! I do not wan to get hungry out there in the Sea.

i really appreciate them for celebrating for me even though my birthday have passed ! ;)

After waiting for about 2 hours , finally the bus came and everyone is

busy bringing up the stuff to the bus !

In the bus , some people sleeping and some just want to say joke ! ;)

Put down our stuff and quickly bring our boat out to our sleeping place as the place

is closing at 5.30pm !

We are going to carry the single and double kayak !

Suddenly : I heard people shout TIFFANY ! TIFFANY !

and I thought what happened ? But guess what ? They are actually asking me to take out

my camera to take photo of the monitor lizard ! -_- !

they almost give me an heart attack !

MY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

My mother called me up and asking me when I be free to meet up for dinner

to celebrate my birthday and I was telling her I cant make it on the days she

can , so we celebrate in advance and I am way too lazy to step out of other place to

have the dinner , so i suggest to her that we can just order Pizza and

eat at home !

I am super tired as I just come from school !

On my actual birthday , I do not have any plan yet but cindy actually message me and

scope here"? ha then the boy just ignore me ;x

each of the cake we take one and most of them are really sweet !

After we finish eating , we went to walk around and finding a place to chill ~

The bad things is that I am down with flu and really bad till its really

spoiled my mood ! But I still enjoy my day with my lovely girls ;)

During evening time , I went home to change then off to LOT ONE shopping mall Sake Sushi

with my family . And I am really not feeling well and it lead to unhappiness in me and

I cry during the dinner just that my tears did not drop and I pretend that My eye got tears because

of my flu ;x I just feel damn unhappy ;(

when I get home , I went to my grandmother house to print my Kayaking form and guess what ?

My sister call me back to cut cake !

I go birthday cake and my aunty bought it for me !

Everytime my friends / family members birthday I will always be the one

who start singing it and making sure that everyone is high on it and guess what ?

When its my birthday , no one will be the one starting to sing first ;(

And when my cake is light up , no one sing and wait till few min pass then my daddy started to sing and

my tears just drop but I manage to hide my tears again !
